Main responsibilities are below;
- Responsible for the Site Acquisition within the specified project
- Liaise with Government and private entities to secure permits necessary for building Cellular Sites
- Making sure that Service Providers are being monitored in terms of their progress as per contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal Ericsson and Customer as to the progress and challenges of the project
- Monitor activities of the Service Provider and assures that contract requirements, specifications and milestones for the site acquisition part of the project are met.
- Help find ways and solutions to problems encountered by the Service Provider during Site Acquisition.
- Assures that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.
- Prepares accurate weekly/monthly progress report.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the Client`s representatives and all Discipline involved in the project.
- Coordinates activities and assures that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives.

Minimum requirement
- Should be College graduate
- Has good managerial skills
- At least 2 years experienced in Site Acquisition
- At least 2 years experience in the field of telecommunications
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Good Computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Must be self driven, persistent and can work independently
- Ability to interact with different levels of authority
