Job Description
- Setting up Maintain a clean and orderly bar before, during, and after the service.
- Clean and maintain the Bar area to a high standard and to ensure that all glassware and porcelain are clean and shined.
- Ensure that the Espresso Machine is clean and preparation of the bar and decorations, prepare snacks (chips, snacks, ashtray....).And functioning at all times
- To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress
- Participate in the greeting of customers.
- Animation of the reception area including the bar for all customers.
- His dynamism, smile, sense of communication, and imagination permit him to personalize both.
- Guarantee and inspire confidence
- Note down complementary and clearly inform customers of prices.
- Check the legibility and exactness of bills printed
- Contribute to the atmosphere of the restaurant
- Have a professional behavior in line with the brand image:
- Smile, cheerfulness, good humor, imagination,
- Have a warm, cheerful, dynamic, and smiling attitude.
- Show good humor.
- Prove of initiative.
- High level of drinks knowledge
- Make quality cocktails in respect standard recipes.
- Look for new cocktail recipes
- Management of bar products stock
- To ensure that all necessary stock will be available at all times. Stock rotation, to communicate with the Kitchen regarding the order of fresh stock
- Support and participation in team actions:
- Maintain good relations with: management, waiters, the bar-waiting area, and the kitchen
- Attend meeting and training courses as required
- Say goodbye and give the customer the desire to come back.
- Listen to their remarks
As a bartender you will be responsible for production of cocktails, mocktails & service of spirits, wines etc. Across the bar counter. Also the role involves daily bar inventory & proper check on breakage & spillages, you will be communicating with fellow service crew to ensure that the liquor is served promptly as per the set standards in our casual dinning restaurant, you will also be required to meet guest expectations to make their visit pleasurable & give them a reason to return.

Candidate should have diploma/ degree in hotel management or 3-10 years experience.
