Nowadays, gaining experience in a foreign country is a major asset to a successful career.Many students or young professionals wish to participate in a Training Program to gain practical experience in the United States but most have difficulties finding sponsorship for their visa, and an American host company from their home country. AICEE in partnership with cultural exchange program organizations specializes in assisting highly educated, qualified, and multilingual students and young professionals from all around the world in achieving their goals.
In addition, Trainees will improve their English skills while training in the U.S. By acquiring the much-needed practical experience as well as improving English skills, these individuals have a great start for their careers, which they can develop further upon return to their home countries.
AICEE handles the search for a position and takes care of the documentation required to obtain a J-1 visa.
Our organization offers placements in the following fields such as: hospitality, tourism, marketing & sales, management, accounting, finance, food & beverage, and restaurant management.These programs generally fall under two categories: Internships and Traineeships

Eligibility For Internships
Good English communication skills
Have to be a current full time student (should have completed at least one year) or passed out within the last one year (from the proposed starting date in USA
Field of education must be a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree program in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field for internships in the same field.
Age between 20 and 35
Documents Required The basic documents for internship are:
Passport - valid for at least 6 months beyond program completion date.
Degree, certificate or marksheet
Reference letter from school, college or university.
Passport size photograph
An Essay about how your internship in USA is related to past education and will help you when you go back to home country.
Resume / CV
Copy of previous US visas (if any)
Eligibility For Traineeships
Good English communication skills.
Should have completed education at least one year prior to the proposed start date in USA OR Have at least 5 years of experience prior to the date of filing the application.
The field of education or experience should be the same field for which the applicant wants to come to USA for traineeship.
The candidate should have completed at least grade/class XII (12th) or its equivalent.
If `Field of education` is the criteria (as mentioned in point 2 above) then the candidate should have completed at least 1 year or more of formal education in the field (means Certificate, Diploma or Degree program) in the field of training.
Age between 20 and 35
Documents Required The basic documents for traineeship are:
Passport - valid for at least 6 months beyond program completion date.
Degree, certificate or marksheet (if no education then 5 years of experience certificate)
Reference letter from school, college or university if applying on education basis.
Passport size photograph

When To Apply
You can apply any time of the year. Usually you should apply -4 months before the tentative start date of the program however in urgent circumstances we can process these cases in as less as one month.
DURATION (for both Internships and Traineeships):
Duration for hospitality field: 4 moths to 12 months
For all other fields: 4 months to 18 months
