General Benefits
Paid opportunities (monthly stipend or salary)

32-40 Hours working per week (however productivity is observed)
Opportunity for paid extra working hours might be available depending upon your productivity and work performance.
Accommodation can sometimes be provided by hotels (with a deduction)
Guidance for application for Social Security Card.
Guidance in case of any problems with Social Security Administration or if visit is required to United States Citizenship & Immigration Services for problems with I-94 for database issues
Gudiance in opening of Bank Account.
Transportation to and from the training/work location could be provided but to be reimbursed.
General Advise during working hours.
For US Workers: Please note that some of these services may not be requried by US workers since they already have all the documentation to work in US, but this would mean less expenses for the process and less expenses on re-imbursements for housing, transportation etc.
Processing Fee
Registration fee is payable after preliminary selection.
Fee is payable only to AICEE or to authorised representatives on confirmation from AICEE.
The fee is acceptable only in US Dollars.
The processing of your approval documents from USA ususally takes about 2-4 months however you have the option to complete your processing within 20-25 days (if available for your category of visa)
For this you will have to do "Expedite Process Fee" and information about this can be had from your coordinator

Please note that the following are included in Program Fee:
Initial registration and confirmation for the program.
Processing & documentation of your case.
Any attorney fee involved in USA.
Filing fee with the US Government in US as mentioned in the agreement.
Selection Process
The following is the complete selection process for international applicantst:
Complete telephone or physical interview
If selected, submit registration fee.
Complete Application and submit required documents as scanned copies. These could change from time to time but generally are:
Application form
Resume in US format.
Two passport size photograph
Proof of education and/or experience. You can provide copies of degree/diploma/certificates/marksheet/transcripts/other letters from school. All these should be in English. If the original is not in English then included both the orignal copy and english translation.
Copy of passport (including page with picture, name, address etc.) with all earlier visas/rejections. (The passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the program end date in USA)
An Essay in one page on the reason of coming for training/internship to USA. Explain how the training will help you in your life in the future and how it is related to the past experience. Your past experience or education should be related to the field you are coming for and should be related to what you will do when you go back to your home country. Sign this page.
An Essay on how you will tell American people about your culture, heritage, traditions & history. (Not to exceed one page). Sign this page.
Signed documents provided by AICEE.
AICEE will prepare your file and complete pending documents. We will let you know if we need additional documents.
We will send you the approval notice along with other documentation. You will then fix up an appointment for interview date with the US Consulate/Embassy in your home country.
Once visa is stamped on your passport you are ready to come to US (subject to clearance at the port of entry).

Field of education must be a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree program in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field for internships in the same field.
Age between 20 and 35
Documents Required The basic documents for internship are:
Passport - valid for at least 6 months beyond program completion date.
Degree, certificate or marksheet
Reference letter from school, college or university.
Passport size photograph
An Essay about how your internship in USA is related to past education and will help you when you go back to home country.
Resume / CV
Copy of previous US visas (if any)
Eligibility For Traineeships
Good English communication skills.
Should have completed education at least one year prior to the proposed start date in USA OR Have at least 5 years of experience prior to the date of filing the application.
The field of education or experience should be the same field for which the applicant wants to come to USA for traineeship.
The candidate should have completed at least grade/class XII (12th) or its equivalent.
If `Field of education` is the criteria (as mentioned in point 2 above) then the candidate should have completed at least 1 year or more of formal education in the field (means Certificate, Diploma or Degree program) in the field of training.
Age between 20 and 35
Documents Required The basic documents for traineeship are:
Passport - valid for at least 6 months beyond program completion date.
Degree, certificate or marksheet (if no education then 5 years of experience certificate)
Reference letter from school, college or university if applying on education basis.
Passport size photograph
An Essay about how your internship in USA is related to past education and will help you when you go back to home country.
