1. To interact with line of business personnel and understand the business requirements 2. To document the business requirements & take sign off from line of business personnel 3. Map the business requirements to the enterprise applications 4. Train the business users for the respective roles in the enterprise applications 5. Document the gap between the business need & enterprise application and coordinate with the programmer to do customizations 6. Document the implementation of enterprise applications 7. Provide end user support to resolve the issues faced by users in the enterprise applications 8. Coordinate in data migration to the enterprise applications during implementation and/or system upgrades
