Job Title: Manager- Information Technology Business Applications

Job Purpose:
.Support the Information Technology business requirements by successfully running IT business applications that supports existing software applications as well as analyzing and implementing applications for new and modified requirements for diversified group of companies including trading, manufacturing, retail, real estate and wholesale industries for a business group with offices in 15 locations in the UAE as well as International locations.
Key Responsibilities of this Job:
1. Lead Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 /non-Oracle application Project Implementation and Post implementation support for smooth operation.
2. Project Initiation, Planning, and Execution, monitoring & controlling and closing for all the Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 and Non Oracle related projects.
3. Agree Service Level Agreement, define a process for it’s implementation.
4. Understand the IT architecture, database(Oracle), Technology(Web) and platforms(HP-Unix 11.23) and scan new software solutions based on it.
5. Implementing Oracle BI Business Intelligence, Hyperion Performance Management and Oracle Data Warehousing tool.
6. Understand new business requirements /well versed with Oracle AIM(Application Implementation Methodology) and provide relevant software solutions.
7. Functional/Technical upgrade (Oracle EBS 12) planning and implementation for existing software to ensure the business benefits from new features available.
8. Design & Develop user training, course outlines and deliver workshops
Minimum Qualifications, SKILLS, Experiences And Competencies Required.
Education & Information Technology Specialized Competencies:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
2. Minimum 8+ years of IT experience at a large group of companies or a multinational developing and implementing software solutions as well as managing a team of developers and functional analysts.
3. Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
4. Very good understanding and working experience with technology as an enabler for the business ability to develop IT projects and Manager Project Implementations.
5. Experience in implementing, supporting and upgrading ERP systems, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite involving diverse businesses
6. Working knowledge of reporting tools, and relational databases.
7. Ability to understand business process requirements and working with business teams to deliver high quality IT solutions and complex projects.
Benefits:
Probation: Six (6) months
Nature of Position: Permanent
Monthly Salary Package: Payable in AED – to be negotiated at time of interview.

Settling in Loan: Settling in Loan for AED 35,000/= payable back in 24 months installment- This loan helps candidate to buy furniture and house hold stuff at the time of relocation.
