HCL International are recruiting Senior Staff Nurse for a ward specialising in orthopaedics, trauma and general surgery. This ward is based at a very well known and highly regarded hospital.
Salary: £26 743- £31,522 inc p.a.
Location: London
Role: Staff Nurse (37.5 – F/T)
The Ward specialises in orthopaedics, trauma and general surgery. The ideal candidate will have relevant proven experience with the ability to: Undertake the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, ensuring patient care is carried out to an agreed standard. Take responsibility for the management of the ward occasionally in the absence of Sister and making sure effective communication takes place. Supervise and teach unqualified staff.

Person Specification:
- RGN/EN(G) with post-registration experience
- ENB 998 or other relevant post basic course essential.
