Stellen-Beschreibung: Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to help set up and oversee the development of an exciting new hospital project in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In the role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:


Operational

• Design of hospital wide Quality System for approval by Hospital Executive Team and management of subsequent implementation
• Draft Quality and Risk Management Strategies and annual Quality and Risk Management Plans for Hospital Executive Team approval
• Establish a master file for all operational policies and procedures and ensure regular review
• Establish templates for operational policies, procedures etc
• Establish system for the annual or regular review of operational policies, procedures, strategies, job descriptions etc
• Design a process of Continuous Improvement and lead the roll-out of the programme and tracking of progress
• Implement Patient Satisfaction Surveys through questionnaires, interviews and other means, analysing results and feeding back to managers
• Work with Medical Director, Control of Infection Officer, Director of Nursing, Chiefs of Service to establish what performance measures shall be used across the hospital
• Maintain the records of all performance measures and report trends monthly to Hospital Executive Team
• In liaison with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Technical Director and other relevant staff, ensure a full Risk Assessment is carried out of all working practices and environment, and that action plans for improvement are prepared and implemented
• Participate in Environmental Rounds
• Carry out occasional staff satisfaction surveys
• Act as the champion for the Customer Care Training programme
• Work with heads if departments to ensure hospital licensing requirements of the Ministry of Health and other agencies are always met or exceeded
• Provide training as necessary in the use of the quality system, risk management processes and specific quality measurement or management issues
• Provide support to heads of department and others to ensure that all polices and procedures, clinical protocols and pathways meet accreditation standards that are relevant to the desired state of practice of the hospital, with the ultimate aim of all such documents and processes being fully compliant



Quality

• Agree annually the performance measures of the Quality Department with the [CEO] and ensure their delivery
• Seek constantly for ways to improve the services provided


Marketing/external relations

• Assist the CEO and others as appropriate in the hospital’s marketing and public relations activities


Human Resources

• Undertake annual appraisals of direct reports and seek to ensure the agreed development and training occurs
