The main responsibility as IT technician is to guarantee the functionality of the workstations and servers at this customer site. The position requires you to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis you will interact with colleagues at other Outsourcing sites and with users at your own site with various level of competence. To be able to take on this job we believe that you have practical experience from workstation and server maintenance and that you have worked with customer service or at a Service desk before.

Also, we believe that you:
- have a University Degree in Computer Science or IT Management
- have excellent understanding of Microsoft NT4/2000/XP operating systems and desktop applications including MS Office
- Good understanding of email systems including Exchange/Outlook 2000/2003 and Lotus Notes
- Good understanding of Windows 2000/2003 Server installation, configuration and maintenance
- Good understanding of networking principles
- Good hardware diagnostic skills e.g. printers, scanners etc.
