Job Description:
The following duties will be performed:
Validate and review legal contractual agreements between company and customer’s from 50 state.
Input contract into contract databases.
All contracts completed & reviewed within pre-determined service level agreement.
Professional phone & e-mail interaction with sales.
To be successful in this position the candidate must be:
Detail oriented. Accurate and consistent productivity - work performance monitored on a daily basis. Able to work with time sensitive documents. Be able to multi-task.
Team environment, must be a team player.
Must be able to work independently.
Accurate typist, both full hand typing.
Good attendance and dependability a must.
Self-motivated
Able to follow directions
Flexibility – able to adjust work load for needs of the business.
Work day consists of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., one hour lunch (unpaid), two 15 minute breaks (one in the morning, one in the afternoon)
Dress code – business casual, no jeans (review entire document with agency)
No Bluetooth in office area, cell phones must be on vibrate.
Music devices with earphones acceptable, low volume
