Sales Director - Venture Communications Group: The successful candidate will lead a sales team, and drive sales into our Telecommunications operator client base through and with the country managers throughout Africa and the Middle East. The position would be based in our Johannesburg office, but would require extensive travel throught the Region. An ability to attract, manage and reatin top skills, and ability to engage with CEO`s and other executives in the Telecomms industry is essential.
Minimum 5 years experience in the telecomms infrastructure sector is required, with experience in growth (emerging) markets essential.
This is a role for a driven, ambitious self starter, who focuses on finding and implementing solutions to problems, as opposed to simply pointing them out.
The successful candidate will be eligible for a position on the board and shares in the company should the key objectives be achieved. |
