-Setup and support the network and computing infrastructure
-Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
-Software License distribution and management
-Orientation and training of new employees
-Liaison with vendors for prompt problem resolution
-Data backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems and applications support
-Ability to eliminate downtime and keep the IT operations smooth
-Documentation of network, software, disaster recovery and systems configurations
-Responsible for Network Security & Access control systems
-Ensure backups & uptime for critical IT assets
-Provide Efficient & timely technical Support to internal customers
-Negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
Desired Profile
-At least 3 years experience with current experience as an Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.
-First point of contact for support incidents, as well as end-user instruction
-Administer a 50+ node network including firewalls, routers, Video conferencing, VoIP etc.
-Should possess good communication & interpersonal skills

-Microsoft DNS & Active Directory
-Microsoft Exchange Administration

-Knowledge of E-mail, SMTP, MX configuration
-VoIP support and DHCP implementation
