Devoteam Group, leading consultancy firm in network and systems infrastructures; was operating in different sectors mainly in Telecommunication.
We are currently looking for 3G RF Optimization Engineer with minimum 5 years experiences. The required skills are below listed:
- Solid skills in 3G NSN UTRAN Network;
- Solid knowledge NSN Parameter & KPI`s;
- RF parameter definition, optimization proposals;
- Physics and Parameter optimization;
- Cluster performance tuning;
- Field drive test for cluster tuning, Drive Test execution, post processing and analysis/reporting providing optimization suggestions.
- Tools experience required:
• Planning Tool Aircom NetAct (Asset 3G);
• Drive Test Tools (Nemo, Tems);
• Optimization Tools (Actix, Nemo Analyzer);
- Knowledge of 2G network in terms of RF Planning and Optimization skills;
- Team-work spirit;
- Ability and willing to do training to Junior Engineers to share knowledge with the team.
- Fluent in English (French it will be a plus).
