ROLE – Reporting to the Director of Sales Enclosures EMEA, this role will be responsible for the Enclosures sales and development activities within Finland. The objective of achieving local sales target with the strategic direction of EMEA Sales Director.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for revenue generation through increased sales of clients service offerings to customer base in the Finnish Region - selling Enclosure manufacturing solutions to Finnish OEMs.
Identify and secure all business opportunities and work with the assigned sales, purchasing and manufacturing persons to enable the growth.
Growing sales from new accounts in Finnish Region.
Ensure customer retention and growth through excellent Customer Service.
Coordinates with other sales / technical / administrative teams to ensure the best overall customer solution is defined.
Interaction with key contacts within elected customers within the Finnish Region, providing technical, administrative and product information, presentations and demonstrations on performance and capabilities.
Responsible for negotiation of new contracts,- Present quotes and cost reduction proposal to the customer.

10 - Proven recent success and at least 3 years experience as a hands-on sales "hunter" , ie door opener and deal closer - selling sheet metal enclosures, or very similar mechanical products in to major Finnish/Scandinavian OEMs/CEMS
10 - Solid network of recent customer contacts within Finnish/Scandinavian OEMs/CEMs, within industrial, telecom, markets.
10 - A demonstrable understanding of the standards and quality processes within enclosures and electronic systems manufacturing.
10 - Personality - professional approach, high personal impact/ charisma, high energy/stamina, outgoing, results-oriented, patiently tenacious, persistent, diligent, “can do attitude”
10 - Ability to identify, gain access and effectively interact at all levels within target customer.
10 - An ability to understand clients capabilities very quickly is essential in order to identify and capitalize on client needs as well as provide feedback on client and market demands to client.
10 - Communication - articulate in written, oral and formal communication - good listener and influencer.
10 - Commercial awareness and business acumen to develop business in a variety of ways
10 - Self-motivated individual - ability to work effectively from remote office environment, with minimum management presence.
10 - Finnish national with excellent written/verbal English
9 - The ability to understand the importance of effective teamwork.
9 - Willing to travel (locally 60%, Nordic 40%) sometimes at short notice, including internationally.
9 - Good working knowledge of full Supply Chain Management (demand, supply, manufacturing, transportation and distribution ) concepts.
9 - Previous “sales” experience with a Contract Manufacturer / Supply Chain Manufacturing solutions provider.
9 - A proven track record of working effectively within global organizations with complex matrix structures and diverse workforces
9 - Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
8 - University Degree - e.G. Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain,
8 – Must be able to establish credibility with senior plant management team, and forge closing working relationship with them.
