Our client is a leading European provider of company formation services and Company Law expert. They offer safe, efficient and low cost incorporations of companies across Europe.
The position includes operating telephone control board and paging system, dispatching incoming calls, and paging internal and on-call staff. Processes paperwork in an efficient manner according to set procedures, including proper filing and distribution of schedules and wireless devices. Candidates with previous operator/switchboard and customer service experience, along with basic computer skills and knowledge of MS products.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Fluency in both Swedish and Norwegian will be considered a must. The selected candidates need to have good verbal and written communication skills to include proper vocabulary, spelling, grammar and sentence structure. For this position telephone duties, excellent verbal communication and customer service skills are a must.
