Description of work
- Ensure the compliance of production processes using the check sheets and control plan
- Register of abnormalities in the NC database and link back to relevant leader / supervisor
- Inspect products (including during the production process) in size according to drawings and / or specifications
- Check the measures again of different parts on the basis of specifications and / or drawings
- Processing of data in Excel sheets
- Supporting the production in case of different products
- Criticize non conforming parts and (after rejection) record in the NC database
- Boxes with turbo chargers and / or parts put physically on hold (with on hold sticker) and in BPCS, in the case of defects which are registered in the NC database
- Implement sampling data reworked components and / or turbo chargers
- Support for colleagues from the departments SQE and CQE
- Performing special duties on recommend of the Team leader Quality Inspection
Crafts
Is required to:
- Enter and retrieve data using a PC.
- Handling and control of all measuring tools and measuring equipment.
Structure / powers
- Authorized to block for further processing or shipment to the customer, the processing of non-conforming parts or turbo chargers which are not in accordance with regulations;
- Authorized to unblock turbo chargers and / or parts after verification
- Works independently on the basis of established rules, procedures, and the trough
Prescribed framework.
- The assessment of quality efficiency and effectiveness must be calculated.
Responsibility
Is responsible for:
- Ensuring proper completion of his / her work
- Informing colleagues and other departments in case of emergency
- Compliance with quality, safety, environmental, health and safety rules and procedures.

- Informs Supplier Quality Engineering and / or Customer Quality Engineering by mail or phone in case of large deviations
- Informs colleagues to shift the transfer
- Reports daily to the Team leader Quality Inspections
- Operates daily reports to the appropriate databases
- Provides assistance in the preparation and during audits
Expression skills in foreign languages
