We are searching for a Clarify support engineer role in Madrid, Spain CV’s are required urgently!
Main Responsibilities: Monitor the behaviour of Clarify 11.5 Classic system, detect, communicate and report any issue and research and work on the resolution. Propose improvements in a proactive way. Complete performance tests and reports
The Clarify system has been live for 6 years and recent performance studies have shown very few defects, so the systems is stable. This role requires a proactive and logical attitude to keep performance at its highest.
Must Have Skills: Clarify 11.5 classic (ClearCallCentre and ClearSupport) configuration and developer experience, ClearBasic, Unix, Tuxedo (administration) and Flexible Deployment server, Oracle with PL/SQL. 2-4 years Clarify experience required.
Nice to Have Skills: Veritas i3.
