Job and Company Description:
-Our company is a leader on the Romanian market (Central - South Eastern Europe) for maintenance and administration services and seeks to develop the `Industrial Cleaning` business line;
-We are looking for an experienced proffesionist in this field to help us establish the business and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
-administers the existing contracts in the current portfolio;
-develops the business by adding new clients;
-prospects the Industrial Cleanning national market and proposes new solutions and services;
-participates in the presales activities;
-organizes the operational departments and manages the operational teams;
-identifies suppliers for materials, machines and equipments as well as manages the main accounts;
-ensures the high quality of the services provided to clients and seeks to obtain customer satisfaction;
-is focused on developing tailored solutions and long-term relationships with the clients.
Requirements:
-solid technical background and skills in the industrial cleaning domain;
-at least 5 years of successfully proven experience in the industrial cleaning business;
-solid experience in business start-up projects within industrial cleaning industry;
-ability to define and set up specific procedures, the organization structure, the management models;
-good knowledges about the industrial cleaning market (suppliers, materials );
-good managerial and comunication skills;
-proven experience in managing a team ( at least 10 people);
-knowledge of business economics and financial indicators.
