Duties
Plans and administers prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury.
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner
Required Skills/Education:
Credentialed Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and currently licensed in Florida.
Minimum 1-year experience
