The Engineer should know the basics of Drive Testing and OPtimization. Should have hands on experience on TEMS or some other Drive Test Tool to qualify for Drive Test Engineer.
The Engineer should know the basics of MW and BTS I&C. The Engineer should have worked on one of well known BTS and MW equipments like Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel Lucent to qualify the for BTS and MW I&C field.
In all the above cases, english should be good and attitude towards the work and Organisation should be positive.
The Enginner should have qualities of an engineer and should always work effectively and efficiently to achieve the goal of the prganisation. |
