You would be this Senior Financial Executives right hand in accounting/accounts receiveables & must have very strong Collections from US client accounts. Eager to HIRE
We need a solid self motivated Accounts Receiveable Pro - from an IT Consulting company as this is a specific type of accounting skills
Job Description:
*invoicing software, services, and maintenance (fairly complex as they are per contract)
*maintaining all customer records
*proficient in collections (A/R aging is currently heavy in over 90’s)
*80% customers are located in US*** (consider the US economy and how difficult it is to collect)
*must be able to take ownership and work independently
*thinks “outside the box”, forward thinking, able to envision and be a key player in creating a better A/R system
*excellent verbal and written skills (able to communicate well with both internal and external parties)
*prefer similar industry background
*organization is a must, able to multi task without stress
*good Excel skills, able to create spreadsheets and understand basic functions
*excellent analysis and problem solving skills
* candidate possesses a reasonable knowledge of general accounting. There is a potential for future growth in this area.
