My client a Global IT Sales and Service organisation with an excellent reputation, based in Dublin is currently recruiting a sale focused, result and target driven individual to join their multilingual team.You will be working primarily as a Telemarketing - Lead Generation Representative in a young international team and be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing opportunities from Inbound/ outbound Marketing Campaigns and Web activity. In order to achieve your targets and KPI`s you will need to deliver business results and identify new opportunities for sale and cross selling activities. If you have over 3 yrs telemarketing/lead generation experience and speak fluent Flemish this is an excellent opportunity for you!!!
Main responsibilities;
•Managing and maintain an effective relationship strategy and long-term business relationships at the senior level to gain information and generate leads
•Cross selling activities
•Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections
•Identify and prioritise e-business opportunities
•Develop excellent market knowledge
•Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
••Ensure a high level of customer service and professional manner at all times
•Deliver monthly targets/forecasts

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements:
•2-3yrs Telemarketing, Lead generation, sales or telesales experience, preferably in an IT
•Fluent in Flemish, French and working knowledge in English
•Good communication skills and proven drive for results
•Strong negotiation and communication skills
