My client a Global IT Sales and Service organisation with an excellent reputation, based in Dublin is currently recruiting a customer focused and results driven individual to join their multilingual team.
You will be working as a Inside Client Relationship Specialist in a young international team and be responsible for client relationship with specific organizations to increase revenue and wallet share. If you have over 3 yrs client management experience this is an excellent opportunity for you!!!
Main responsibilities;
•Managing and maintain an effective relationship strategy and long-term business relationships at the senior level and decision makers
•Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections- selling consultative solution
•Identify and prioritise e-business opportunities
•Develop solution strategies
•Conducting negotiation research to establish lasting commitments and agreements
•Ensure a high level of customer service and professional manner at all times
•Deliver monthly targets/forecasts

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements:
•2-3yrs inside sales, client relationship management or software sales experience
•Fluent in German & English
•Good communication skills and proven drive for results
•Strong negotiation and communication skills
