My client is searching for NSN Core Network Planner
General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.
Main Responsibility Areas
Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.
Individual Contributor: Variety of complex tasks within areas of responsibility. Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving. Acts with independence & discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work. Managerial/Supervisory: May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments.
Requirements:
Expert-level knowledge of Unix & TCP/IP protocol suite, internetworking and IP based hardware (routers, switches, etc.).
3 Years experience in GSM/UMTS is preferred
Knowledge of 2G and 3G Packet Core products (i.E. 2G/3G SGSN, GGSN and ICD: GGSN, DHCP, DNS, Flexi ISN, LIG, CNSM, TA, CA, CPM and ISC) and IMS&POC
Excellent ability to work in team as well as independently.
Quality oriented mindset.
Stress tolerance, analytical and conceptual thinking, information sharing, reliability, attention to details.
Experience on technical support tasks like Software Support, Help Desk Support, Emergency Support and O&M Services to our Customers, according to the relevant maintenance agreements.
Good communications and interpersonal skills, readiness to work in a dynamic and international environment as well as teamwork capability are all required skills.
Customer Service Orientation
Education: Bachelors Degree in related Technical Subject
