Collection Officer (English, French)
Our client a prestigious international company with beverages is looking for a qualified worker to join the Prague Customer Centre.
As a collections process officer you are responsible for
a region in Germany. One of the responsibilities contains performing credit and collections transactions and
ensuring that the overdue items of the customer are paid as soon as possible
Job description
- Following collection strategies by sending letters, reminders, faxes and making
phone calls to the client.
- Preparing Credit Committee-meetings
- Rents and Loans special handling
- Management of the customers accounts
- Replying to internal client requests
- Giving response to accountancy-issues of customers
- Bonus verification
-Control of Direct Debits and Miscellaneous Bookings (subrogation, return
rental warranty, clearing accounts, corrections, transferring waiting accounts)
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
Education
-high school
Experience
- Basic experience with working in an SAP environment preferred
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- 1 year of working experience or a degree in a field related to accounting or economics
Technical Competencies :
- Responsibility and reliability
- Intermediate accounting background (Ability to create debit and credit-transactions)
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- Very strong communication and conflict solving skills
Language skills
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
- Fluent French (speaking, reading and writing) required
