Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Rotary /Flat bed Die Maker to work for our Corrugated factory in Jeddah. Responsibilities include layout, construction and maintaining wooden rotary dies for the corrugated industry. Candidate will be using hand tools, must possess an ability to read and follow die specifications, and the ability to meet production deadlines. The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks to support the growth and the success of a rapidly soaring enterprise
• At least 3 - 5 years hands on experience in making Rotary and Flat bed Die Cutting experience (.)
• Very good understanding and operational knowledge of CAD/CAM system. Experience in using packaging design Artios CAD, Kongsberg CAD sample cutting table. A clear knowledge of structural packaging design.
• Ability to perform in-process inspection, requiring a good eye and attention to detail
• Read and follow procedures and technical diagrams
• Operate machinery, maximizing productivity and ensuring quality
• Ensure tight specification and registration requirements are met.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both product and process
• Must function well in a team environment
• A good mechanical aptitude
