| Stellen-Beschreibung: |
· Total Monthly Salary of 7,000 UAE Dirhams per month comprising of:
Basic Salary = 6,500 UAE Dirhams per month
Staff Special Allowance = 5,000 UAE Dirhams per month
· 2 year contract
· Single contract (benefits are provided for candidate only, not the family, if by chance they are relocating also)
· 48 hr work week
· Free furnished accommodation, sharing with 1 other staff member, in a 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment provided by the hospital, plus free transport to and fro hospital and home.
· Or if the staff choose to stay out of the staff accommodation they will be given the Accommodation allowance of 1,950 Dirhams per month and 600 Dirhams per month as the transportation allowance
· Electricity and other utilities paid by the hospital (except long distance phone calls) – if candidate lives in hosp accommodation only
· Free yearly return annual leave air ticket
· Free mobilization flight – to start work here
· Free repatriation flight home on resignation.
· 30 calendar days annual leave
· 10 paid public holidays
· 21 days salary paid as a gratuity - annually (paid out when employee finishes employment at The American Hospital)
· Eligible for paid overtime and on call allowance
· Free medical insurance
· Free malpractice insurance
· No Competition Contract to be signed Clause on the date of joining(coverage for Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi )
· 18 months clause – you must complete at least 18 months of service. In case of resignation before the 18th month, you will have to pay back the hospital all the recruitment and mobilization fees incurred
