-Ensure the achievement of team quarter objectives
Create a “Sales Strategy” (Sector, Customer, Solution, Timeframe, Business Potential)
-Account Management thru Acquisition, Development and Retention with total satisfaction of sector customer base
Commercial positioning of solutions, services and company System Integration capabilities
-Translate the Sales Strategy into specific Action Plan for all major opportunities and ensure full coordination and follow-up of all activities
-Ensure appropriate information flow and participation of all stakeholders in all meetings related to account management
-Ensure that the content within any proposal or contract is technically and financially valid.
-Lead the process and coordinate the production of proposals and drives the sales process from identification, qualification, engagement, sale, delivery and implementation & customer follow up.
-Keep an ongoing relationship with his team members at all levels in order to verify and support the implementation of pre-defined plans and guidelines
-Develop and maintain relationships with C-Level customer managers and ensure joint efforts are vested and an Account Development Plan is produced for each account
-Managing Service Contract Renewals database and ensure contracts coming due are analysed for possible value added services which would be targeted during negotiation phase by the relevant Account Manager
-Liaising with Product Development for influencing product research thru market needs feedback
-Liaising with Marketing for the development of product sales kits and the communication / co-ordination of product launches and updates into the relevant sector
-Review order submissions to ensure proper margins, payment terms and delivery timeframes
-Review and support engagement plans for Major Bids and coordinate identification of participants to create a “Virtual Team” structure both across sales teams and support functions
-Liaise with the Technical Sales Support team to ensure Account teams are trained to sell the range of products and services and to address Knowledge Gaps through targeted training
-Daily supervision of account team to ensure efficiency objectives are achieved thru Activity Base Monitoring and reporting to management for enhancement

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Must have Business Management / Computer Science / Engineering degree (BS) or higher (MS)
Must have good command of English and ideally Arabic
Must have at least 5 years experience in managing Sales of ICT solutions
Must have managed / lead a team of 5 to 10 people
Must have worked for at least 2 years in the UAE market
Dealt with large public or private multi-million business accounts and achieved Sales targets of AED 45+ million (entire department)
Demonstrated record of quota / target achievement for at least 7 years
Must have proven P&L and business cases responsibility
A mature understanding of ICT Business i.e. Infrastructure, Platforms and Applications
Developed sales strategies and account plans
Analyze sales results to identify critical issues and improve effectiveness of the operation
Demonstrated know how (training) of customer / vendor management
Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop own staff
Good Presentation skills including experience in presenting and influencing senior management
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
