A fantastic opportunity to work in a top hospital located in Saudi Arabia. The hospital is looking for a Head Nurse.
As a Head Nurse you will report to the Nursing Director and Physicians. As the Head Nurse you will act as a team leader to the RN (Registered Nurse) and will be responsible for the performance of the entire ward. You will be required to evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations and efficiency of service. You will accompany physician on rounds, and keep them informed of special orders concerning patients. You will have responsibility to order drugs, medication and equipment.
The successful Head Nurse will have Two (2) or more years professional experience after being Registered General Nurse (RGN). Two (2) or more years experience of leadership is required.
