Job is in our Santa Ana, CA location.
1. Responsible for core replenishment of chemical products on-line inventory to meet service level and inventory investment goals.
2. Negotiates excess inventory returns to suppliers, expedite open orders, investigates and resolves price discrepancies.
3. Resolves packaging issues that arise in relation to all products under chemical field.
4. Provide excellent and effective customer service and support to the fulfillment centers and suppliers.
5. Will analyze data, enter information into systems.
6. Will communicate regularly with onsite staff, recieve direction from supervisor and director.
7. Will be responsible for certain decision making and policy adherence, will recommend course of action depending on situation.
8. Works closely with the production department and Production Planning department to support an maximize manufacturing objectives.
9. Other duties as assigned.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
1. Must have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a Science related field such as Chemistry and Biology.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in chemical buying, life sciences industry (Invitrogen, Chemicon, Sigma, Spectrum, Alfa Aesar, Serologicals, Millipore, etc.)
3. Must have strong computer skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, within many levels of the organization. Must be able to readily meet deadlines.
5. Must be able to work independently and as a team. Must be self motivated and be results oriented.
6. PRMS experience a plus.
