The responsibility includes: Looking after the entire Franchise Network across the country. Develop the Franchise model and processes. Handle a team of Franchise Managers who would be responsible for the various territories. Implement of franchise plans and programs and oversee all functional areas of the franchise program implementation. He will be accountable to undertake the ongoing supervision of franchisees, identify the key franchises, conduct market research, evaluate franchisee operations, and ensure that franchises are promoted and sold only to qualified prospects.
Annual Salary proposed for this post is : SR 360,000.00 |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The successful candidate must be a university graduate, with at least 7-10 years related experience, essentially in KSA. He must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Arabic and English .
