Major Responsibilities And Duties:
1. Stock Control
2. Efficient process to receive incoming material and issuing material
3. Material Certificate available when request
4. Manage and motivate Warehouse team within Yard HR policy & guideline
5. Housekeeping, material are store in the ERP specified locator
6. Material movement transaction documents are kept in safe & secure place
7. Annual count of all stock codes and cycle count of some stock codes as appropriate, discrepancy are properly investigate
8. Safe warehouse operation, ensure safety procedure are complied by all warehouse staffs
9. Participate in Yard operation meeting & other yard activity
10. Provide material stock and material movement transaction as required by other division and clients

Qualification Requirements:
Education/ Experiences:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineer
Minimum 5 years experienced as warehouse manager: oil & gas/petrochemical material
