Position Purpose
The Technician – Transmission (CSM – Enterprise) is responsible and accountable for all service activation related transactions for Business customers. The Technician – Transmission (CSM – Enterprise) is primarily responsible to ensure accurate and timely activation of all services for Business customers. The position must interface with all activation systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery services to the Business Enterprises. The Technician must engage with all the relevant teams to deliver services. The position must guarantee compliance of all service activations with the respective SLAs.
To perform activation configuration, implementation and operation on all SDH & PDH equipments which provide connectivity to all existing DU customers, voice and signalling gateways (TDM and IP), PRI and data network links. Manage and implement transmission related comprising software and hardware installations, configuration, interconnectivity, testing, commissioning, documentation and complete hand over to operations.
