Developmental charity relief fund organisation is working in Asia, Europe and Africa on health, education and employment creation programmes. Currently, we are running few programme on Health, education and employment in Asia and Africa through building partnership with small non-governmental organisation for implementation of our project. We have following position for our administrative department.

Summary of position: We invite application for following position.

Position : IT Assistant Accountant.

Working schedule :

1. Monday to Wednesday : Afternoon 3.30.p.m to Evening 12.00 p.m.
2. Thursday to Friday : Morning 8.00 a.m to afternoon 3.30 p.m.
3. Saturday : Morning 9.00 a.m to Afternoon 4.00 p.m.

Job type :

This job is permanent basis. Service period of candidate will depend on job performance. If we found candidate is unable to complete job responsibility. In that case we will terminate his service. Selection through written examination.

Qualification :-

• Candidate must be Bachelor. Other higher qualification with be added advantage.
• Six month or one year computer related degree or diploma is expected.
• Other advance courses in computer field will be preferred.
• Ideal candidate should have at-least 1 years experience accountancy with computer knowledge.

Major Job Duties :

1. Keeping Bills database.
2. Online data entry into the bills database.
3. Weekly reporting to administrative manager.
4. Documentation and notes writing on bills.
5. Verification of pending bills.
6. Information distribution to the supporters and clients.
7. Assisting other fellow employee’s by providing latest updated information about bills.
8. Answering queries to regarding bills.
9. Perform simple numerical calculations for about bills.
10. Other Administrative work allotted by manager.
11. Recording keeping concerning with bills sanctions.
12. Bills checking and updating.
13. Checking daily bills.
14. Records keeping of daily and monthly bills.
15. Other clerical duties in support of an office.

Job requirements hardware and software :

1. Candidate should have his own computer with internet connection.
2. Candidate computer must be equipped with latest hardware and software such as. Xp operating package, Microsoft package and other software’s.
3. Should have sound knowledge of internet and some good typing speed.

Benefits :
Salary package : $32120 yearly package + other allowances.
Incentives : $16 per hour for over time or extra time.
Bonus : $478 per month.
Performance incentives : $5 per hour
Employee welfare scheme benefits : $1156 per year.
Accommodation : not necessary.
Other Benefits : Depend on contract period.
Holidays : Monthly four holidays. However, Sunday is holiday.

Limitation for applicants :

1. Age : Candidate must be 22 year old and not above 55 years.
2. Language : Our official language is english. So candidate must be well-familiar with english language.
3. Allowances : Allowances will be depend on length of services contract.
4. Education : Candidate must bachelor. He must hold bachelor degree when he goes apply for this job.
5. Computer or IT education : Candidate should have one year degree or diploma course in computer field not below one year. Higher education will be always welcome.
6. Criminality : Candidate should not have any criminal background or any kind of criminal case running in local court against candidate.
7. Health : He should be mentally or physically all right.

Disqualification procedure :

1. If information found incorrect or confusing or If documents found fake or incorrect.
2. If found deviations in information provided by candidate in recruitment process.
3. If found overaged.
4. If found criminal background.
5. If found mentally handicap or any other psychological problem.

Selection Procedure :-

1. Primary consideration of candidates job application.
2. Written examination for final selection.
3. Personal or Telephonic interview, if got selected by our recruitment manager.
