Our client is an international construction company with offices in countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Their expertise is in the construction of high quality building and infrastructure projects including hospitals, hotels, high rise commercial buildings, highways and highway structures, utilities and facilities for the energy sector.
We are inviting application from candidates that meets the criteria below for a Business Development Manager to be based in Kuwait.
• Reporting to: Commercial & Technical Manager
• Salary: Basic from Kuwaiti Dinar2k to 2.5k net
• Family accommodation + medical insurance + company car
• Air Tickets for employee, spouse and 3 kinds below age of 19.
Role Purpose:
Plans and manages all Business Development activities including but not limited to Identifies, monitors, research, and reports on all business opportunities within the assigned region in addition to lead marketing activities in the assigned region.
Educational / Skills Requirements:
• B.Sc. In Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience, at least 5 of them in managing Business Development activities.
• Master degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing is a plus.
• Strong Business Development experience within a construction organization.
• Excellent business sense and market vision.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of success in Bd.
Major Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans consistent with company goals and objectives.
• Establish and implement active program of company’s public relations.
• Identify contracting business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of each opportunity, recommend potential projects in which the company should be involved.
• Seek new markets appropriate to the needs and capabilities of the company and identify and act upon new profitable business opportunities in order to Increase market share and company awareness, in emerging markets.
• Establish marketing goals, develop and execute marketing plans and programs to ensure expansion of company services, plus coordinate the company’s advertising and promotion activities.
• Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity can be minimized.
• Maintain up to date business intelligence. Prepare marketing activity reports for management.
• Assisting the “CM” for formulation of the marketing policy of the company.
• Maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders, and cultivate current and potential business contacts.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
