Our client is one the leading engineering company active in the design and engineering and worldwide implementation of process plants and units in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry.
They are specialized in ethylene cracking units and hydrogen/synthesis production plants and offer operational support services and proprietary operational software to operators of these plants.
Currently they are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer preferably with experience in Ethylene.

Your position
- To ensure that the design basis and contract information are complete and correct,
- To acquire any missing data if needed,
- Giving approval of all process design and engineering documents,
- Make sure that all documents are correct through review and check procedure,
- You will prepare heat and material balances, process simulation, sizing of equipment, preparation of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Hazard & Operatability studies and develop related work.
Profile:
- BSc./MSc. in Chemical Engineering,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position,
- Preferably with experience in Ethylene,
- Knowledge of distillation, cold separation techniques, flow sheeting and conceptual design
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written,
- Analytical and process way of thinking
