Designation Sr. Process Associate - AR
Job Description • Follow up on claims/accounts as specified by Team Leader
• Appeal on rejected claims over the phone with the insurance or mailing a paper appeal
• May allocate work order to the executives
• Achieve productivity target and quality requirements
• Records daily work in appropriate logs or journals (where ARMS is not in use).
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of insurer/provider specialty and client policies while doing follow up on claims.
• Should know and understand patient enrollment/insurance type/ coverage type
• Should understand the possible scenarios after claims processed by insurance and take appropriate actions based on the scenario.
• Should understand the field specifics of Medical Billing Software application and the A/R follow up software.

Job Description
• Lead the team efficiently so that each team member achieves the productivity & quality targets set by the client/management.
• Ensure that the team reaches the Collection targets specified by the client
• Analyze and follow up on a minimum number of issue/rejected claims daily (call insurance or patient wherever required) and achieve monthly target as set by management
• Follow the processes (Sop’s) and guidelines (client policies)
and achieve a minimum of 90% quality.
• Process client request, complaints and concerns on a priority basis
• Measure and update productivity of the team members in MIS software
• Ensure follow up on quality issues from the quality department
• Be the ‘Knowledge Center’ and help team with AR issues.

Teams Performance
• Analyze the outstanding AR in a global perspective, identify global issues & initiate immediate actions on the same.
• Guiding the team on the focus areas on a day to day basis.
