We are experiencing exponential growth and are currently hiring for positions ranging from Customer Service/Sales to Entry Level Sales Management. We are looking for customer service oriented people that are highly motivated individuals looking for a challenge and the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally.
Our associates coordinate their schedules with our members, in order to meet with them in person. We take pride in combining cutting-edge financial services with old-fashion customer service. Our associates have been serving families in this way for over 25 years. AIL works closely with labour unions and are experts on union benefit packages. Associates clearly explain, face to face, where people need to add protection for their families so that they have the necessary finances in the event of illness, injury.
