Real Estate Manager 9kiev)
Responsibilities:
* looking for good properties for clients from United States, Poland and Ukraine
* preparing, negotiating and monitoring real estate purchase and sales processes
* looking for new business partners, building clients detabase
* analysis of real estate market in Ukraine
* preparing all relevant legal documentation: proposals, offers, contracts etc.
* close cooperation with departments in Poland and United States
* working on the development of real estate portal
Requirements:
* Master degree (directional preferable)
* at least 3 years of experience on similar position (experience in selling properties is necessary)
* fluent knowledge of English is obligatory
* very good knoowledge of real estete market in Ukraine
* having contacts in real estate market will be an another assert
* experience in real estate in foreign countries will be an another assert
* highly developed communicative skills, excellent negotiation techniques
* ability to work under stress and time pressure
* goal-oriented personality
* driving licence
