Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is to be based full-time in Dubai
The Organisation currently oversees some of the biggest events in the Middle East and has major plans to evolve and attract further major sporting events in the future.
As CEO you will ensure future development and progress of the Organisation over the next few years.
Your responsibilities will include:
• High level client negotiations
• Liaison with regional and national Governments in the UAE and Overseas
• Managing and developing Organisational property portfolios totalling over $1 billion
• Working closely with Investors and Board Members
• Setting strategies and targets for the Organisation
• Ensuring targets and plans are adhered to
• Overseas travel to promote the Organisation
• Media and press management
To apply for this role you will have a MINIMUM 15 Years experience in a Senior Director / Management role within Sports Events ideally as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Experience of overseeing significant financial budgets and portfolios is required. Ability to work closely with Governmental Organisations and to deliver high level client negotiations is also required.
Salary will be based on experience but is not expected to be less than $400,000 USD per year tax free plus an extensive benefits package.
