.We are seeking to hire an income tax preparer that is either licensed or wishes to take all the necessary studies to obtain a California income tax preparation license. The desired candidate should be able to be presentable and possess strong people skills.
The knowledge of the Spanish Language written and spoken is required.
The assignment requires that the candidate be able to conduct tax interviews on a face-to-face basis or through the use of the telephone and internet.
Using the knowledge of the income tax law the candidate should be able to complete an interview worksheet, carefully review the client’s income tax forms and worksheets to help the client file a complete and accurate tax return.
The client should be able to enter the client’s data into computerized tax preparation software provided by employer with acceptable speed and accuracy.
During January to April working on weekend will be required.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Possess or be willing to take the necessary studies to obtain a State of California Income Tax Preparation License.
Speak and write the Spanish language fluently.
Be a self starter.
Have strong people skills.
Be wiling to learn.
Have acceptable computer and data entry skills.
