PPMS - Company specialized in the technical assistance to the Oil and Gas Industries, recruits for a western company specialized in the construction follow-up of cement plant, 3 HSE officers with deep knowledge of the western HSE standards and practices.
This is to supervise the construction and commissioning of cement plants from scratch.
The construction will be undertaken by Chinese subcontractors. Duties of the HSE officer are to supervise and monitor these contractors to maintain a zero accident.
Duties encompass all means to reach the paramount goal from issuing proper Method Statements to conduct in-house safety induction, safety briefing, to implement work permit procedures etc….
Location: NIGERIA, onshore.
Rotation: 11 weeks on 2 weeks off
Duration of work: 6 months renewable
Status: single
Selected candidates shall be: fluent in English and Mandarin.
As a minimum technical knowledge we request 5 years experience as HSE OFFICER in the construction of industrial plants according to Western Standard.
