Position Summary
As a key member of the Global Mobility team, the Associate Specialist, Relocation Programs will be responsible for delivery of RIM`s relocation programs, both domestic and international. The successful candidate will work with other members of the team to develop and implement strategies, based on benchmarking and engagement surveys, to continue the evolution of RIM`s relocation programs. Working closely with internal functional and business teams as well as partnering with external providers, the Associate Specialist will deliver these programs to ensure a highly efficient process and ultimately smooth transition for participants.

Qualifications
Essential Skills And Qualifications
• Sap experience an asset but not required; specific knowledge/insight into global immigration and employee mobility programs desired
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with professional and managerial level staff
• An innovative multi-tasker with ability to prioritize, resolving issues using defined internal practice and past precedent
• Organized problem solver with a proven ability to deliver results within a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Works creatively with client requirements; having a `can do` attitude ensuring that all parties achieve success
• Experience working with external vendors and building strong business relationship
• Bachelor degree in Business discipline or equivalent proven experience, superior communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
