Bulwork™ First IT/ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking for one of its clients and partners – an UK software company, which wants to expand its support team with:
Web Support Specialist
Main requirements:
- Fluent English language (Spoken and Written)
- Professional background in Html/xhtml and XML
- Excellent knowledge in networking or experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer science or related field
- Confident, initiative and communicative person is required
Advantages:
- Previous experience in a web hosting company
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Apache/Tomcat
Your responsibilities:
- Provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents
- Record all incidents on the current incident logging application
- Liaise closely with internal teams, e.G. QA and Development, to reproduce and resolve issues
- Ensure that the current incident logging procedures are adhered to and that sufficient details are recorded to facilitate the resolution
- Monitor incidents raised by Clients, Internal Staff and Partners to ensure their effective resolution
