Client: New Opening 5 Star Resort (International Group) including 2 x hotels in 1st Phase, 2000 seater conference centre , a 4000 sq m Thallasotherapy Spa, an 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Entertainment Centre, Children’s facilities, etc…
Preferred Nationalities: Greek Nationals or Greek speakers preferred but exceptional international experience wins
Preferred Age: 32-48 Single preferred
Experience Required: At least 12> years proven international experience in similar 5* resort or multi-outlet properties. Strong management and organisational skills. Financial acumen. Opening experience an advantage. Michelin* experience an advantage. Previous competition or award winning exposure.
Qualifications needed: Culinary Degree
