Pediatric Physical Therapist to work in home in the Los Angeles area (West Side --Culver City, Inglewood, Santa Monica etc. and downtown LA)
Work with kids ages mainly 0-3 though some older. Our clients are mild to moderate with diagnosis such as Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Prematurely, Down Syndrome, Motor Delays, Cognitive Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Apraxia of Speech
Heart Defects, Seizures, Rare Syndromes
Responsibilities are setting goals for the client, tailoring treatment toward the achievement of goals, documenting treatment with daily notes, preparing progress reports. Working with a team of other therapist--Occupational, Speech and PT.
Basic computer knowledge is needed
