Legal Counsel Position:
Assist Management with contract negotiations, draft and advise on commercial agreements or review proposals and other documents (including without limitation R&D, licensing in and out, manufacturing and supply, distribution, and clinical trials agreements)
Provide legal support to internal departments and subsidiaries
Handle litigations
Ensure effective contract management in accordance with internal contract policy.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
At least bachelor degree in law from an American or English university
2 to 5 years of experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements in the legal department of an industrial corporation, preferably in the field of pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
Knowledge in the fields of Health care, hospitals activities
Knowledge in regulatory environment
Fluent in English, Good command of French both written and spoken
Excellent analytical and communication skills, written and verbal
Able to work independently, under pressure and to undertake initiative, persuasive |
