Project:
Compression Station Oil & Gas Algeria
Job Purpose:
To supervise contractors construction / installation activities on site, civil piping, electrical, instrumentation, rotative and static equipment, ensuring that the work is performed according to project specification, budget, schedule and respecting all the relevant QC standards & HSE Procedure & regulations.
Main Responsibility:
Timeless and accuracy of construction control information provided including executed wok compliance with project technical specification work progress certifications.
Key Activities:
Construction Site inspection
Promptly alerting the project development team in case of construction/ installation completion is according to project schedule, specification and procedures
Prepare construction daily weekly, & monthly reports
Close out report preparation
Material & equipment control
Work progress certifications
Coordinate the activities between the different subcontractors in the site
Tasks and main responsibilities:
To assure the realization of works in the respect of the definite rules of safety
To participate in the definition of the entrepreneur’s daily cards of work and to get the necessary authorizations (permitted work) for the setting up of work so definite
To assure the setting up of the definite measures of safety in the permit of work and to look after the strict respect of these safety measures
To verify and to control the application of the work procedures contained in the technical specifications of the projects
To control and to assure a level of quality and safety being sufficient during the progress f works
In link with the engineer of project, to approve he non conformities and minor derogations clean to the works of installation
To verify and to approve the daily report of the entrepreneur’s works, To write and to transmit to the department the report of works for a daily follow-up of the activity
To ensure that cold and hot alignment for all rotative equipment are done correctly. To ensure also that all static equipment are inspected inside before start commissioning.
To coordinate the activities between the different subcontractors in the site

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Qualifications & experience required
10 years of Oil 6 Gas industry experience
7 years of construction work experience
Languages
Knowledge if English
Knowledge of French (advantage)
Required knowledge of professional skills
Quality & Safety: audit & Certification activities, operational security, contractors Specs, Qualifications & Auditing.
Environment: Waste management
Specialists knowledge: Engineering knowledge in specialist activities
Organisation Process: Site management, Site material & Equipments organisation
Compliances: National & International standards Cods
Construction & Installations: site construction , integration testing, inspection, control & Testing techniques
Project management: Close out report preparations
