Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing applicants through existing and new sources as needed, to maintain an effective pool of field employees.
- Utilizing electronic processes for recruiting and placement, as well as maximizing efficiency and time-saving.
- Matching the skills of the candidates to the needs of our customers.
- Increasing existing business.
- Working with our clients to make the best placement/service decisions.
- Anticipating future needs.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
- Must be able to speak, write and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- 2-3 years of Staffing experience
- A highly-motivated and professional outlook
- Experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, and/or Screening
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Additionally, you need to have excellent interpersonal skills in working with your internal team, clients and candidates.
