Our Client, a Telecommunication and Information Technology Company in Cyprus is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to be based in their Limassol Office.
Job Description
• Develop and follow-up Marketing Strategies, objectives and plans
• Implements and manages various marketing programs, including print and on-line direct response campaigns
• Oversees the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional material
• Works with the art department on layouts and helps prepare sales and marketing programs
• May direct work performed by outside suppliers and estimate production costs
• Oversees articles
• Develops, plans, negotiates and supervises implementation of media contracts in coordination with the Media Executive and Marketing Manager
• Manages market research activities to provide information relating to sales potentials and market conditions for s services or products
• Provides marketing recommendations
• Establishes marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Evaluates consumer surveys, market conditions, competitor data and implements changes to the marketing plan as needed
• Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotion staff, agencies and activities
• Ensures the creation and maintenance of a positive company image to the general public, clients, shareholders and the community
• Makes decisions with regard to products such as labelling, packaging and display
• Undertakes new-product development
• Works out an approach to pricing and advises in setting prices for products and services
• Manages all marketing related activities with regard to distribution channels such as shops and retailers
• Coordinates and develops the marketing activities of the company over the Internet, over email and other electronic media, including on-line promotion, sales and communication
• Travels to company outlets or other offices inland or abroad as required for the role
• Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regard to the job
• Any other task as may be assigned and/or amended

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements
• 6-8 years experience in the field of Marketing
• University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Bi-lingual Greek and English is essential
• Solid Marketing background in the Telecoms and/or IT sector is essential
• Ability to analyze information
• Creativity
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Accuracy and an eye for detail
• Ability to apply knowledge of marketing principles to action plans |
